We interviewed 10 pool builders and decided on New Wave Pools because of Mark’s (owner) pool design, attention to detail, quality of equipment and customer service. He also offered a competitive, fair price. We are not easily pleased by contractors in general and I will say that Mark exceeded our expectations. Mark kept in contact with us during the pool process and the pool was completed in the timeframe that was expected. We are pleased with the end product and aesthetically the pool looks amazing. I have yet to see a pool company who does better stone work and finishing than New Wave Pools. Mark managed every aspect of the process and was readily available for any questions that we had. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding and I highly recommend New Wave Pools as you will not be disappointed.

When my wife and I called NewWavePools, we had already interviewed more than a handful of builders and weren’t comfortable with either the plans or the people. Mark was very honest and eager to build our pool the way we wanted it right from the beginning. The contract was very easy. New Wave Pools is AWESOME! My wife and I looked at 7 other local pool companies. Mark from NWP was the most professional salesman we met and he had one of the best prices too. He didnt ever try to talk us into anything we didnt want. We had a general pool & hottub layout in mind, Mark helped to shape that layout into a reality within the budget we discussed, all better than we could have imagined. In fact, Mark went above and beyond to make us happy and even ate the costs on something that my wife wanted to add. Construction was on time, it was also fascinating. Mark was here throughout the project directing his team, and when he or I were not at the project we could both check in and see live feed of what was happening with the PoolWatch cam. After our pool was built, Mark and his team were here twice a week to make sure all chemicals and equipment were up to par. We have now enjoyed our pool & hottub for 6 months and have zero complaints. We recently had a wine party at our house and the pool area was such a fun and beautiful place to hang out and enjoy company. We had so many compliments and now several of our neighbors are working with NWP on their new pool projects. I highly recommend New Wave Pools to anyone looking for a quality and/or custom pool that will be built within budget and on time.

New Wave Pools started excavation for my pool the 1st week of January of 2012.By March 1st I have a beautiful pool that compliments my property in Burnet,Texas. My back yard has been transformed into a resort. The waterfall feature with the variable speed pump allows me to impress my guests with a slow trickle of water cascading over the rocks to a waterfall raging down the rocks all controlled by the remote control from the house. The swim deck with the fountain bubbling up is a inviting entry into the pool. I have a open area to swim laps and the bench seat was placed in a perfect location to overlook my property from the pool. After all the landscaping was completed my property has truly been transformed into a resort that is in my own back yard.

They did everything they said they would do and more within our budget.
